Highly recommended. We went here following our visit to the Christmas Market. A local police officer watching the event recommended it to us and he was right. Great food and attentive service. I had the sirloin and it was outstanding. The other members of our group loved their choices too.

It was my friends birthday and the hostess, our server, and the bartender upstairs did everything right! They even knew the exact right time to bring the cake. I had the palmetto burger. It was great. The only reason I won't order it next time is that there are MANY other things I just have to try!

I Always have a great experience at Raines on Exchange. Rooftop bar offers a incredible overview of Pendletons town square and the food never dissapoints at any Raines location for very affordable pricing. I recommend the burgers, wraps & steaks and don't skim over the appetizers. The staff are a ton of fun and provide 5-star service!
